1.1 Once you purchase the course, you will get the link to the course within 24 hours of purchase. In case of any queries or delay, you can always send an email to Info@jlninstitute.in
1.2 The course is available for lifetime. You can view it as many times as you want, for however long that you want.
1.3 The recorded courses come with a weekly 1:1 interaction with tutors about which you will be informed.
Jawaharlal Nehru Institute is an independent educational and research organization offering online training programs. Any individual enrolling in our programs, including Mr. Vikas Kumar Dubey, is considered a student or participant availing our services.
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) exists between the Institute and its enrolled students, outlining the scope of training, service timelines, and responsibilities of both parties. This agreement is provided to each participant upon enrollment.
Invoices are generated for the services rendered. Confirmation emails or consent proof may be retained for verification purposes in compliance with our internal policies and external audits.
Due to the nature of our online course, which is immediately available after the purchase, we have “ NO refund policy.
